Precinct 5 Home of Enplus and Stüssy

On December 10 the doors at the new concept store Precinct 5

were opened. In this classic Amsterdam canal house, once a

police station, you will find clothing originating from pure

street culture. With sophisticated and premium clothing brands

such as Headporter+Porter, Original Fake, Adidas Originals by

Jeremy Scott and Kazuki. Creators of this must see in Amsterdam

are the highly respected Mr. Wix, MassiveMusic and Patta.

Precinct 5 is also the home of the first dutch Stüssy store and

Enplus.

Enplus is about the outfit above the shoes: the perfect jeans,

shirt and jacket. Simple yet functional clothing that has become

fashion staples over the years.

At 12 pm on December 18 Patta will be releasing the Nike

Air Max 1 TZ at Precinct 5. This the last of the Nike x Patta

5 year anniversary collaboration is by far the cleanest shoe

I've seen in a long time. Get ready to line up!

A Fluff x Nike Sb weekend in Barcelona

This weekend was the release of the Fluff Magazine x Nike

Skateboarding 600(!) page book. The event took place in Barcelona with an expo and the release of the Nike SB Zoom Bruin x Fluff.

What do you get when you put 45 pro skaters together in one

place; a hell of a party of course, my other half looked like

he'd been driven over by a train when he got back home. Check

The expo in Rotterdam kicks of this saturday December 19 and runs

'til January 17, if you want to get your hands on the very limited

Nike SB Bruin x Fluff sneaker you better get there on time since

they're only releasing 12 pairs. If you're one of those lucky 12 you

will also be going home with your own copy of the book. For more

Last week we went on our annual family

get-away weekend. Away this year was the coast

of Holland, Zeeland about an hour drive from

Antwerp. And what we got was a lot of rain!

But when it wasn't pouring there were long walks,

fresh air, a lot of food and drinks and great company.

Sven finally got to wear his new Nike SB jacket and

didn't have any problems with the cold.

A healthy snack: real dutch 'Olie bollen'

Oil balls (my translation). Pretty good but don't

expect to get hungry in the next couple of days..

We rented a spacious house with room for up

to 15 people.

Restaurant East in Stockholm. Definetly worth a visit when in the

Swedish Capital. Good Asian / Sushi too.

LunarWood TZ

Here's a preview from the new collaboration between Nike Sportswear

and Danish brand Wood Wood. This Hybrid sneakers combines the

classic ACG Wildwood with a Lunar sole. I especially like the thought

of having dry feet in the winter which definetly can be a problem

when enjoing the Belgian climate in sneakers.

The Nike LunarWood TZ will be launched on December 11th at

Wood Wood stores in Cophenhagen, Berlin, and Vienna.

December 19th is set for a global release at select accounts.

"Whereas the original Wildwood was designed mostly for the

purpose of running in nature, this project is all about the city.

Since we rarely go hiking in the mountains, we wanted to bring

the shoe into an urban environment.

The LunarWood is made for the cold and wet Scandinavian nights.

Inspiration comes from the world of Graffiti and going on these

nocturnal expeditions. All Conditions / All City."

for quite some time now (us 6 anyone?) I went crazy when I saw

these on the Patta site today. Amsterdam here I come.

Real Bacon from Dave's Quality Meat

So, I found these at Crooked Tongues last week and got so excited

since I knew it would be the perfect christmas gift for my DQM

loving boyfriend. I ordered them immediatly thinking that since they

were already released in the UK there was no way we were going to

get them for the store. Now my only problem was finding somewhere

to hide them 'til the 25th. Yesterday on our day of we were working

in the garden when I get a call from Nike wondering if I would be

interested in their new collaboration with DQM. Could hardly say no

of course and I turn around to see my boyfriend sign for a package

from CT... To make it short: My boyfriend is already wearing his

'Bacon' Nike Air Max90 Current Huaraches and the release at the

store is set for Friday the 11th. Now I just have to figure out what

to give him for Christmas.

Our trip to New York feels like ages ago altough it's

been only two weeks since we got back. Going through

the photos I realized that I've forgotten to show you

these. In SoHo on Mercer street this Nike Sportswear

Store is located. Here you will find the complete NSW

collection, product exclusives and they also have their

own tshirt collection. For a unique customization experience

be sure to make an appointment at the NIKEiD + Bespoke

studio. I especially enjoyed the interior design and the

staff was incredibly friendly.
